Return Policy

1. FATZFITNESS Returns Policy.

If the return tag is still attached and item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition, returns will be accepted if delivered back within:

a) 7 days from arrival of package for local delivery.

b) 15 days from arrival of package for overseas delivery.

You may deliver the return item to:

Accessories including jewellery, bags, and scarves or other headgears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Pre-order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Items that are damaged, marked or found to be manufacturing error is acceptable and new item in good condition or other item with same purchased value will be send back to the customer. 

If the item does not fit or looks good on customer, you can always email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability with same purchased value. If we do not have the preferred size in stock, we will give you free consultation on how can you exchange the previous item with another item top of same value or more. The item must be in un-used, product tag shall not be tampered with, and the product shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable). If you have any other enquiries or feedback, please do not hesitate to email us at with subject header “Return & Exchange”.

Our working hours are on weekdays from 9am to 6pm except Public Holidays. Emails sent outside these hours will be replied on the next working day. Rest assured any enquiries will be answered.

You may process returns and exchange through your nearest post office. Walk-in returns will only be entertained after appointment made.

For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us again at with your order id # using subject header “Missing, Defect & Wrong”. You may call us at                        . We will advise you accordingly.

2. FatzFitness delivery charge.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our boutique.

3. Cancellation by Customer (Non-Faulty Product).

If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Online Department Team at . No cancellation fees shall be applicable. Once the order has been made dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must be returned to the company according to the guidelines provided by the Online Department Team (please call above stated number).

4.Cancellation by Customer (Faulty Product)

All product descriptions, information and materials posted in the website are provided ‘as is’ and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising.

Product image as seen on the Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive.

If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our Online Department team and provide your order number, details of the product and reason for return, whether you require a refund or a replacement.

Upon receiving the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email as soon as possible.

In the event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable delivery costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees.
