Our 1 to 1 personal training programmes are held in one of the UK’s leading gyms Anytime Fitness Stratford East in London. Marcus has a wealth of experience establishing the right strategy to help you on your fitness journey, whether its to get stronger, lead a healthier and fitter lifestyle, or prepare for a special event.
All clients will also have access to our fitness app where you can view your personalised plan, track and monitor progress, and access your meal plan.
Marcus is dedicated to hearing about your journey and ambitions to provide you with the best possible programme whatever your goals.
Online Coaching
Our 1 to 1 online coaching programmes are an excellent way to provide first-class coaching to anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, flexibility, and affordability. The programmes are fully tailored to you and are designed to give you that extra accountability and progression to meet and surpass your fitness goals.
Online coaching is especially beneficial to those who are already confident with exercise, but are looking for an informed workout structure, guidance from a professional, and the ability to effectively monitor progress in order to stay on track.
All online clients will have access to our health and fitness app, providing personalised fitness plans, progress tracking, nutritional guidance, meal plans and weekly checkins with personal trainer, Marcus.
